My journey
A mechanical engineer by training and passionate about continuous improvement, Simon Paradis honed his expertise in demanding technical environments before founding Processus Maillon. A certified LEAN|6-sigma Black Belt from the University of Sherbrooke and an ISO 9001 certified internal auditor, he has enriched his career with extensive training in management, communication, health and safety, automation, and data analysis. His experience has led him to contribute to major energy research projects, particularly on wind turbine optimization in cold climates and the energy transition, as an analyst and project manager. Today, with Processus Maillon, he leverages this expertise to help Gaspé-based organizations increase their efficiency and agility.
